序言

    个人早期给门窗厂商写的信。   但到了2023年,我这个爱好却难以持续了,原因有三:    一是知识认知存偏颇。个人虽持续努力学习门窗知识,但自身毕竟不是门窗一线从业者,其知识来源都是别人筛选后灌输的,个人无法鉴别其真伪。比如,个人就被“垂直等温线”这一概念忽悠了很长时间(“垂直等温线”是相关软件模拟中一个概念,且一定是不垂直的。用这种方式鉴别门窗样角并不可取,尤其是在外开窗上,真正可取的方法还是需要软件模拟,但国内厂商真正做模拟的少之又少)。此外,门窗关键核心知识非常枯燥,远没有通俗知识易懂,一些产品技术手册一看就打瞌睡。在学习过程中,专业知识的枯燥感打败了浅显知识的新鲜感,也导致自身学不进去、学不下去,整体知识结构还是存在偏颇。    二是自身能力有不足。一方面,是实践能力有不足。门窗是种实践类学科(请允许我用“学科”这个词形容门窗类知识,个人认为若包括幕墙知识的话,门窗知识量可以撑起一个专科。实事上,国外就有门窗的专科学校),自身没有参加过门窗的实际设计、生产、安装等流程,无法构建“书本—实践—书本”的闭环,对于一些实际问题无力解答。比如,对于开口压线使用的安全性问题(这里都是指常规压线,不包括旭格等品牌的特殊压线),有门窗服务商(不是品牌代理商)通过总结其服务过的近三十种门窗品牌,总结出开口压线门窗玻璃厚度最好不超过40cm的经验之谈。对比之下,作为一名普通消费者,无论再怎么学习书本知识,也是得不出这种结论的。此外,好的门窗从业人员,很多都是在实践中不断试错锻炼出来的,而不是从书本上学出来的(因为很多内容,书本上根本没有标准答案),普通人根本没有这种试错机会。当然这也印证了,不要妄图用业余水准挑战人家专业积累。另一方面,是思维能力有不足。消化和吸收众多来源门窗知识,需要一定的辩证和系统思维能力,否则就会产生混乱感,但自身恰恰在这方面还存在薄弱之处,阻碍了个人对门窗世界的进一步认识和探索。    三是门窗生态较复杂。个人认为,门窗厂商和代理商主要通过“认知差”“信息差”“风险差”来提高产品价值,以赚消费者更多的钱。要想找到真正物美价廉的产品,需在一定程度破解这“三差”。“认知差”虽可通过理论技术学习来弥补,但门窗产品从来不是一个单纯的技术产品,而是融合了技术导向、市场导向、用户导向和成本导向的混合产物,凭个人之力想搞明白基本不可能。“信息差”更是难补缺。尽管网上现在各种各样门窗知识科普,但这些都是“让你看或引导你看”的信息,真正的“内幕信息”对未融于门窗圈子的人是获取不到的(当然也可以理解,这些信息是门窗人谋生的基础和支撑),但这其中有部分信息对门窗性能至关重要。比如,隔热条是门窗重要材料之一,但亦是价格、性能最不透明部分,其水之深连许多门窗厂都被忽悠了,作为普通消费者的我是无能为力的。此外,随着门窗市场的细分,门窗的宣传、营销甚至门窗展厅策划,都有专业服务公司,给本就复杂的生态添上一层包装“外衣”,让人更不易看清门窗品牌及产品的本质。    在一系列因素作用下,个人对这一特殊爱好打起了退堂鼓。在“退”之前,自身写下了这篇门窗选购心得体会,权为个人纪念,也供大家参考。先说一下结论:门窗是个定制产品,涉及诸多流程和人员,其靠谱和不靠谱现象呈现互为融合性、动态变化性、点面结合性,再加上每个地方情况也不一样,个人给不出一个时效性长的靠谱品牌和代理商的名单,真正的靠谱门窗和代理商还需要大家自行运用相关方法,去提升找到靠谱品牌和代理商的概率。(想直接抄作业的就可以不用看了,想看选购方法的可以留下)
思考篇:门窗品牌和代理商的不靠谱现象
   (本篇为个人在门窗选择中的一些所感所思所想,自身虽是一名门窗爱好者,但毕竟只是一名普通消费者,能力水平有限,错误之处在所难免,请专业人士轻喷,也请非专业人士和普通消费者理性阅读,不可全信。)    近年来,个人对门窗的一个研究重点就是如何避坑。要想避坑,就要知道有哪些坑。个人认为,门窗产品是一个入场门槛低、但要做好有难度的一类产品。再加上门窗是一个定制产品,涉及材料、配置、设计、运输、安装、服务等因素,哪一个环节出现问题,都会影响最终上墙效果。个人将相关坑总结为“两个不够靠谱”:    一是门窗品牌不够靠谱。近年来,随着门窗市场的发展,越来越多的人涌入了门窗“赛道”,门窗品牌是越来越多,这其中既有不忘初心的坚守者,也有敢于创新的奋进者,更有唯恐不乱的搅局者。特别是在利益驱使和“价格战”的大背景下,一些品牌门窗不靠谱现象也逐渐凸显。(因个人喜好原因,本文中的品牌门窗是指断桥铝系统窗,不包括品牌铝包木窗和塑钢窗。但事实上,铝包木窗因加工机器精度,先天性比断桥铝窗占优势,整体品控比断桥铝好很多,再加上国内铝包木窗大都采用的是固德曼系统,各品牌之间区别主要是做工、木材差异,选择起来比断桥铝相对容易;塑钢窗方面,国内国外品牌不多,选择起来也比品牌断桥铝系统窗容易很多,本文就不涉及了)。    性能检测有不靠谱情况。一般来说,系统门窗都有检测报告以展示自身性能,许多消费者在选购门窗时也十分看重产品的检测报告。但实际情况是,门窗行业在检测报告上一直存在作假行为。据门窗大佬介绍,17000块就能搞定5性检测。这就导致许多产品性能并没有检测报告标榜的那么高。举一例为证,上海某地工程项目在对招标门窗样窗(样窗为工程窗,换算成零售价格达到每平方达3000元以上)进行了上墙真实检测,相关指标并不高,但结果是诸多品牌全军覆没。    产品品控有不靠谱情况。一般人认为,品牌门窗产品品控肯定较好,实则不一定。因门窗加工设备整体上尚未真正实现工业化4.0,无论品牌门窗厂商标榜用多么高精尖设备,但也无法改变门窗产业是劳动密集型产业的事实。年产量超过20万方的企业,车间里不会低于100个工人。产品的品控除取决于加工设备的精度外,还取决于门窗老板的发展思路、中层干部执行能力、工人的熟练敬业程度及工厂品控机制建设,这就给产品品控带来诸多不确定性。举一事例,某品牌门窗厂持续引进多条高精度设备,导致资金流出现问题,工人工资发放有困难,工人普遍有怨言。结果就是,尽管其门窗产品都是高精度设备加工出来的,但其最后成品都有开启不顺等各种小问题。再举一例,某品牌门窗厂在外地新开设的一家门窗分厂,由于工人熟练度问题,新工厂品控与原厂品控在一定时间内有较大差距。另外,门窗市场分为家装和工装,整体而言,家装对产品精细度要求较高,部分工厂用同一批人加工工装和家装(有工装单就接工装,有家装单就接家装),也会影响产品品控(这是隐形大坑)。此外,门窗品牌定位的反复调整、工厂降本增效、厂商内部斗争、商业利益联盟等大家想象不到的因素,也会对产品品控产生较大影响。这也就提醒大家,门窗产品品控是一个非常复杂的问题,不能以单一指标去评判门窗品控。    产品设计有不靠谱情况。近年来,一些国内门窗厂商以及一些五金上游厂商为迎合市场,密集上新品,有时一年就有四、五款新品上市。个人认为,一款门窗产品或者相关配件的推出,无论是设计、还是验证,都需要一定时间的沉淀。过快的新品推出速度,让人对其可靠性产生怀疑。事实上,一些新产品翻车事件也不少见。前几年频繁发生的无基座执手问题就是因为验证时间过短、系统化不够所导致的。这也提醒我们,判断门窗优劣不能光看材料好坏,还得判断门窗产品自身设计情况。网上常用的“原材料表格比较法”对真正的系统窗来说并不可取。    产品运输有不靠谱情况。这点网上各类选窗攻略谈得不多,但事实上也是问题的重灾区。近年来,在大环境驱使下,许多品牌门窗厂,一项重要工作就是千方百计降成本,有的在原材料上降成本(比如采用小型铝厂的设备进行挤压,铝材精度就不够,安装五金就存在困难),有的在工序上降成本(如何在不影响产品品质的情况下,降低工序成本,是门窗厂的核心竞争力。但可惜的是,很多厂商降低了工序成本,亦降低了产品品质,造成了产品隐患),有的在物流和运输包装上降成本。特别是物流和运输包装上的降成本降低,增加了暴力运输出现的概率和对门窗产品造成不可逆伤害的概率。此外,一些厂商还在门窗组角打胶的静置时间动起了歪念,规定时间未到就进入下一个流程(节约了场地费),这就产生了门窗组角强度不够的隐患。这种隐患加上暴力运输就会导致角度平整度出现问题,甚至出现溢胶情况,影响了门窗性能。    二是门窗代理不够靠谱。家装门窗除少量直营外,大部门都是加盟代理运营的方式。如果说门窗品牌决定着到产品的上限,代理商的靠谱程度则决定着产品的下限。品牌说出花,代理商拉胯,一切归零。从某种程度上来说,选窗就是在选人(代理商的服务水平)。但事实上,门窗代理出问题的概率不低,有以下几个方面需关注:    专业知识水平。近年来,随着门窗市场的发展,很多没做过门窗生意的人员大量涌入市场,采取的是边学习边经营的模式,其能力水平一言难尽。个人在探店过程中,遇到的最高水平的销售人员是真话不全讲、假话全不讲(当然也可以理解,因为门窗品牌没有全能选手,有优就有劣,代理商在销售过程中肯定是扬长避短),一般常见销售人员所讲所述是门窗单位各种培训和长久以来的谣言汇总(这也导致个人在探店过程中,偶尔遇到说自己是新手、很多都不懂的店员,反而产生了好感)。若没有一定的知识储备,很容易被忽悠。个人感觉,现在的门窗市场有点像早期的电脑DIY市场。    规划设计水平。门窗规划设计是门窗消费过程中极其重要的一环,但个人在探店过程中,发现很多门窗代理商存在这样一种现象,即门店老板是老江湖,许多销售也有丰富阅历,但唯独门窗设计人员是从业时间不长的新手。经验的不足有可能导致图上一切都OK,上墙之后才发现与其他装修相冲突等问题的发生。个人甚至认为,可以将规划设计人员从业时间视为代理商水平高低一个重要参考指标。    门窗安装水平。一般而言,各大品牌代理商为确保长期生产发展,都有自己的安装团队(包括长期固定合作且仅为该代理商服务的外包团队),一般都是3-4人一组,大的公司有5组以上,一般公司有3组左右,不同组安装质量有高低之分。此外,在销售旺季的时候,也会出现安装师傅忙不过来的情况。这个时候,有的代理商会外包其它安装团队,在安装质量上又增加了不确定性。    售后服务水平。当前,门窗市场竞争十分激烈,有的销售为推销门窗,有满嘴“跑火车”情况,特别是在售后方面,给予更高承诺。个人认为,一切未写入合同的承诺,都不可靠。有时即使写入合同,也不可靠,比如代理商跑路了,人都不见了,谁给你售后?(这个时候,就需要体现品牌厂家作用性了。若厂家无作为,个人认为应坚决放弃该品牌)。    此外,还有一种不靠谱现象在门窗品牌和代理商上皆存在,那就是超出自身能力生产和办事。比如,在门窗销售旺季,工厂和代理商,有可能为赶进度赚更多钱,超负荷运转生产和安装门窗,导致出现各种问题。
应对篇:“2+4+5”选购法
   怎么破解这些不靠谱?这是一个很难回答的问题。因为在实际生活中,以上不靠谱现象对于业内信息灵通人士,是有规律可循,但对于普通消费者,因为信息差及能力等主客观因素,一般人很难透过现象看到本质,导致这种内在规律可寻性是以外在动态随机性出现,增加了门窗购买难度。以品牌为例,如果把品牌比作为相亲对象的话,仅凭自我介绍(品牌宣传)、介绍人介绍(代理商宣讲)、学历证明(检测报告)、短时间接触(门店看样)等外部信息,没有深入了解其成长环境(产品运营及工厂),是很难看清一个人(品牌)的真实面目的。    怎样找到靠谱的品牌和靠谱的代理商?(这里先定义下什么是靠谱,靠谱不是指完全不出问题,而是指出了问题能够主动解决和兜底。个人认为靠谱应有如下表现:就品牌而言,就是产品真材实料、做工规范、性能可靠,对产品出现的问题负责到底、不推诿;就代理商来说,就是能结合客户需求、产品特性和现场情况做到合理设计、规范安装,同样对出现的问题负责到底、不推诿。)    个人愚笨,找不出一种十分靠谱、一劳永逸的方法。但基本可以从以下两种途径去探索:一是借助他力。专业的事还是专业的人来做,请门窗业内人士给予指点指导。但有一点必须强调,这种业内人士不包括门窗代理商(因为有利益倾向)。现在网上有些网络大V正在筛选靠谱品牌和靠谱代理商,个人认为这是一个正确的方向,但是否真的靠谱还需时间检验。二是依靠自身。若是依靠自己的话,没有捷径可走,还得是走“学习—店面比较—参看工地—再学习”的老路,其中循环次数越多,找到靠谱品牌和代理商的概率越高。当然,这里面还是有技巧和方法的,个人将其总结为“2+4+5”法:    “2”为寻找靠谱品牌和靠谱代理商的共性方法:    一是专业知识筛选法。即用相对专业的知识去验证品牌和代理商的可靠性。专业认识从哪里来?当然是靠学习。判断的标准又是什么?以代理商为例,应是在你咨询过程中,独立自主、准确无误回答出你的问题越多,评价越高,答不出来或向厂商求援解答次数越多,评价越低。这里,列举一些个人门窗知识学习途径,仅供大家参考。自身将其分为“专业向”和“商业向”,其区分标准是,“专业级”偏向技术本身,不涉及商业利益或涉及较少;“商业向”虽然内容也不错,但涉及一定商业利益,需带着思考阅读。    专业向:    1.微信公众号:门窗万语。该公众号是中国建研院中建研科技股份有限公司幕墙门窗低碳研究中心主任万成龙创建,内容严谨,态度科学,其相关结论具有非常高的权威性。    2.抖音:王宇帆,某门窗总工程师(这里特别声明,个人仅十分认同其技术能力,对其任职的门窗品牌不予评论),断桥铝门窗铝型材国家标准和门窗五金国家标准双重参标者,也是我导言图片所列书籍《门窗360》作者。其内容述事清晰、逻辑严明、内容齐全,对许多问题不仅说清楚了“是什么”,更说明了“为什么”,是许多其它门窗自媒体作品的源头。    这里插一句,若没有源头内容,一些门窗自媒体就讲不出所以然、甚至胡说八道了。个人建议,各位消费者对于网上自媒体内容要保持自己的思维定力,多几分怀疑。哪怕是对我这篇文章所述,亦要保持高度怀疑态势。        比如,在讲SGP夹胶和PVB夹胶时,许多自媒体只讲其在安全性上的差异,没一个讲清其在隔音性上差异,因为源头没有讲这个内容。事实上,这项内容可通过源头内容一些已有表格参数推断出来,这也反映出一些门窗自媒体“思”的能力存在不足。   这里再插一句,一些门窗自媒体正在将其专业内容转化为通俗易懂内容,但个人对此持保留意见,主要是在“翻译”过程中,由于各种原因,有可能会产生比偏概全情况,个人建议还是看原汁原味的书籍。    3.知乎作者:门窗陆洋。门窗业内人士,主要贡献是从历史的角度,把系统窗来龙去脉讲清楚了。个人十分推崇,本文部分观点就出自该人士。    商业向:    1.微信公众号:泰诺风集团。其知识科普通俗易懂,为门窗结构知识学习必看内容。    2.知乎作者:林和。门窗业内人士,在门窗隔音处理方面有自己见解和实践经验(双层窗安装)。另外,该作者对如何鉴别门窗检测报告有阐述,推荐看看。    3.抖音作者:余电II门窗技术控。这里可以学习一些门窗结构基本知识,了解门窗发展前景,但其本质为B to B,大家切勿入戏太深(即使入戏太深,没有门窗生产实践经验的人,要想分辨不同门窗结构优劣也不易)。插一句,该抖音号的评论区,有一些真隐藏大佬出现(被该作者“钓”出来的)。    说完学习途径,这里又衍生出新的问题:学习到底要学到什么程度?个人将学习分为三种,第一种是浅显学习。目的是掌握基本知识,能看懂门窗检测报告,能描述出自身基本需求,如“我需要隔音更好的夹胶玻璃”等。这里推荐看看B站UP主“达哥享说”的相关视频,该UP主是非业内人士,但其把一些要点整理的较为清晰,从未了解门窗选购知识的人员可以看看。        这里特别提醒一下,普通消费者不要在“系统门窗”定义上下太多功夫。因为对于这一概念,不同维度有不同维度的解释,不要过于深究。这里可以稍微展开一下,大家在说系统门窗时,往往都在说其性能比断桥铝强,却不说系统窗一个重要功效是节约成本(准确的表述是在性能和成本之间取得平衡),怎么节约成本?型材五金的通用化、门窗产品的家族化就是答案之二,也是系统门窗的显著外在特征之二。第二种是深度学习。比如,对我所列举的途径进行了系统学习。需要强调的是,学习以上门窗知识,会发现因不同作者的阐述体系各不相同,对同样的问题,在不同角度可以得到不同甚至截然相反的答案。若要完整吸收、融会贯通,建议以书本知识为基础,网上知识为补充,这样才能做到行稳致远,不被品牌和代理商忽悠。第三种是介于浅显学习和深度学习中间程度的学习。这种学习,给人感觉好像是懂了,又好像没懂。这种程度的学习,与门窗代理商交流,经常出现双方不在一个频道的情况,就看谁先在自己擅长的领域打败对方。个人建议,要么浅显学习,剩下的用钱来解决问题。要么深度学习,真正找到自己想要的产品和服务。不要学得上不上、下不下(但实际生活中,据我掌握情况,这类人群还不少,结果是自己感觉学了不少,但在购买门窗时却更加纠结了)。 二是桌面案头分析法。主要是通过查看网络信息或其宣传品对门窗品牌和代理商进行初筛:看网站(包括抖音、小红书、微信公众号等)或其宣传品是否有产品检测报告,对检测报告不符合常理的pass掉(比如,隔热条宽度与K值明显不符;单体窗隔音Rw+Ctr超过40db的。这里插一句,即使使用进口品牌门窗,在封闭五金强闭合力的帮助下,单体窗隔音性能Rw+Ctr实测也不可能超过40分贝);看小红书、抖音等自媒体是否有相关品牌和代理商的负面信息(用“品牌名/代理商名+坑(避雷)”搜索),对有较多负面信息的品牌或代理商pass掉(负面信息有多种,要加以区分,绝大多数坑是由代理商造成的,也有部分坑是厂商导致的,特别是代理商吐槽厂家的信息非常宝贵,可以反映厂商管理的真实情况);看爱企查、企查查查到的品牌和代理商注册资本、社保人数、专利数等内容,看是否与其宣称一致,对“挂羊头卖狗肉”的品牌或代理商pass掉。    “4”为寻找靠谱品牌的方法,具体是:    一是以点窥面研判法。个人认为,好的门窗厂商,必须要有一定的产品自研实力。仅靠型材厂的技术输出或购买技术的品牌,自身感觉在某些方面还是有短板,这里不展开讲。如何判断品牌技术实力?这里提供一种思路,主要是看该品牌顶级系列,研判其技术和研发实力。比如看其被动窗,看是否有其自身特色(从phi认证网上,可以看到一些相对低调但很有实力的品牌);        个人喜爱的一款国产被动窗样角。   再比如看外开窗,个人认为,外开窗水平高低是研判一个品牌研发实力的重要标志(因为内开内倒窗到了一定价位后,一般来说,性能以及结构差距并不大,价格差异主要体现在品牌溢价和材料寿命上,但外开窗到了一定价位后,结构却呈现百花齐放状态)。若该品牌能研发高性能外开窗,整体实力不会差。比如某国产品牌新推出的铝合金外开窗,双通道U槽五金,就让人眼前一亮。    二是国外认证简判法。主要是看看门窗产品通过了哪些国外认证,如北美NAFS认证等。此外,有条件的还可查询一下海关门窗出口数据,看是否为“真”出口。个人认为,有相关认证和产品靠谱不能划等号,但可以对该认证通过的品牌,在选择范围内优先考虑。    三是实地现场调研法。看代理商门窗样品,样品普遍出现问题的如五金普遍不顺畅的pass掉;看样品上是否有铝屑,无铝屑予以重点考虑(这是工厂工序严谨的外在表现之一);与代理商进行交流,多听听他们对非代理品牌的看法,以形成整体宏观正负面印象。    四是长期跟踪判断法。主要是对品牌(工厂)运营情况,通过外围信息进行长期跟踪,判断其可靠程度。个人在长期跟踪中,发现一些有意思的事情,比如同一型号产品在产品生命后期有减配行为,比如讲知名品牌隔热条换为不知名隔热条。这种情况若品牌方能及时公开相关情况,都可以理解。若不及时公开,这种品牌还是远离为好。    “5”为寻找靠谱代理商的方法,具体是:    一是人员规模综判法。重点是看代理商门店开了多久,代理几个品牌,养了多少人,技术人员从业时间,越久越多最好,证明他是吃这碗饭的,是把其作为终生事业的,不会砸自己的招牌。大的代理商一般手上都是两三个品牌,三四种产品(铝木、系统、普通),这种代理商跑不了,出问题丢不起那人。    二是极限情况试探法。向门窗代理商说明自身只换小面积(10平米以下或仅一扇)窗户,试探其态度。若对你爱理不理,基本放弃;若对你继续热情如一,纳入选择范围。这个方法极其主观,但我认为是必须的,因为我始终认为,做大品牌代理商,必须要有大视野、大格局,小单虽小,但做好了也许会带来大单,一个老板连这点意识都没有,个人认为是做不大、做不远的。    三是人情世故感知法。主要是看代理商对你的事是否上心,对你遇到的问题是否第一时间解答,对你承诺的事是否对兑等等。作为成年人,多比较几家就能看出一定端倪。这里,借用门窗自媒体“我叫杨坤”的一句话:“如果在沟通过程中,你觉得这家店或者这个人不可信、不靠谱,请一定相信你的直觉,他就肯定不靠谱,可以继续考察下一家。”    四是质保承诺排除法。凡是对你终生无偿门窗质保的代理商,一律排除,哪怕有合同存在。理由也很简单,现在门窗的利润根本不足以支撑对门窗进行长期无偿质保。此法虽有些简单粗暴,但个人认为是可行的。    五是人员学历比较法。重点是看门窗代理商老板的学历,在其它方面都旗鼓相当的时候,有高学历的优先考虑。这是一个自身在探店实践中得出的一个不成熟的结论,原因大家都理解。但既然不成熟,那肯定有争议,主要是有可能会出现误伤情况,需谨慎和结合前面方法使用。    虽说了这么多方法,但在实际中,有需要的消费者结合自身实际选择其中几种即可,一来是时间原因,很多消费者没这么多时间去研判。在这种情况下,优先研判代理商的优劣。因为代理商是最终服务你的人,门窗出了问题,即使你花了100万买旭格,最终解决方仍然是代理商。二则是概率问题。因为即使全选了,也正如前面所述,也只能提高找到靠谱品牌和代理商的概率。为什么这么说了?一方面,靠谱与不靠谱之间相差也许没有大家想象的那么大,往往是靠谱中掺杂着不靠谱,不靠谱隐藏在靠谱中。比如,个人曾遇到一家代理商,个人最终研判,其销售、设计靠谱,但老板不靠谱,这种情况,你会怎样选择呢?另一方面,靠谱和不靠谱是随时间发生变化的,近年来,随着门窗市场的发展,许多品牌代理商的人员(设计人员、安装人员等)是处在常态变化中,再加上资金链等问题,靠谱的有可能会变得不靠谱,不靠谱也不可能一直不靠谱(若一直不靠谱,自身就会被市场淘汰,当然市场上也确实存在“打一枪换一个地方”的品牌和商家)。还一方面是最重要的因素,即作为消费者,会出现用品牌或代理商的争议或薄弱这个“点”去否定“面”的情况,导致出现误判。以门窗品牌为例,因为门窗品牌就像人一样,都有争议点和薄弱点。以国产品牌来说,因为门窗种类繁多,没有企业做到所有产品都很出色,即使做得出色的产品,也因为成本等原因,不可能做到尽善尽美(这里插一句,请大家相信,若没有成本的限制,中国门窗人一定会做出赶超世界的窗户产品,不过在门类产品上还任重道远);在进口品牌方面,主要吐槽点是加工厂水平不一和品牌溢价的问题。这就导致在门窗选择过程中,由于不了解整体情况,消费者往往出现用品牌的争议或薄弱这个“点”去否定品牌这个“面”的情况(这也是门窗线下销售常用手段。这样就出现一个有意思的现象,同一个销售人员,在A品牌店用这种方式贬低B,后来到了B品牌后又开始用这种方式贬低A,虽让人哭笑不得,但也反映出相关销售人员是清楚营销的)。在代理商方面,也存在同样情况。    基于靠谱和不靠谱的互为融合性、动态变化性、点面结合性,再加上每个地方情况也不一样,个人给不出一个时效性长的靠谱品牌和代理商的名单,真正的靠谱门窗和代理商还需要大家自行运用上述方法,去提升找到靠谱品牌和代理商的概率。
后记

建议门窗爱好者不要盯着系统窗做文章。要知道在系统窗发源地德国,塑钢门窗的占有率是55%-60%,国内一味往系统门窗引导,无非是商家利润高,消费者得到的性价比低。为了一些纸面上的数值,额外支出一笔,并不明智。

大品牌还是靠谱,一般比较在意多年的行业口碑,门窗从几百到几千,很少有消费者研究的那么透。但一分价钱一分货,几千一平的窗子比几百块的真是几倍的差距,密封性能,气密水密,隔音隔热,型材五金,整体寿命等等

有时候一些供应商搞什么分享会,我偶尔还可能去一下。那些不熟悉的做门窗的直接敬而远之,省得哪天因为他们其他项目原因导致吃牢饭,我还得协助调查。
另外你肯定是个文科生,国内这群小老板代理商嘴里的话我一句都不会信,这些人全部是文盲通篇鬼扯淡。科学是严谨的,具备可信度的测试数据才能作为系统评估依据,你觉得他们有吗?厂家作假,代理文盲,我一般直接找落地工程主管对接,谈下来感觉还行才会考虑选用这家供应商。

德国的市场模式是用高品质塑造品牌,获取高利润促进技术提升,构建更好的标准体系,不赚最后一分钱。中国是谁先捞到算谁的,安装我都要盯着,尤其是锚固阶段,根本信不过。

旭格从65到75hi我都用过,国内主流德系模仿者品牌也用过,甚至很多人不考虑的塑钢系统我都用过,所谓的牛逼炸裂的遥遥领先铝木也用过。在考察好渠道的前提下,优质铝合金系统的加工精度和组装精度远高于国产铝木,我可以负责地说,开合精度还不如做的好的老钢窗。具体就不点名了,我没拿钱不想平白无故挨喷。
而且那个品牌的代理都和被洗脑的一样,就他妈的爱吹牛逼,一个抄袭奥地利josko回来的仿冒品搞的和传销一样。不是喷这个就是喷那个,我最讨厌这种低端话术踩踏。

我也学习了好几个月的门窗知识,说句实在话,感觉不值得。因为我们普通消费者学习了这些一次性知识以后就没有用了
受限于预算,也很难买到理想中的窗户。也就稍微学点不被大坑就行。
最近某格翻车的视频很多,也看到了施工对门窗的重要性。

LZ能做成这样,已经是专业人士了,但作为爱好来看,这个实践的机会恐怕不多。
卖我窗子的商家做系统窗,但是连隔音隔热都说不出个一二三来,好在产品不错,都是按我的要求做的配置。后面拿我家作为样板带来好几拨人过来看。
从装修的角度来看“了解的越多,钱花的越多”[恶魔],最后需要足够的预算为这些认知买单。
