ublock 替代黑名单的问题

之前在帖子里看到可以用ublock替代论坛自己的黑名单，屏蔽的更彻底更干净

但是有个问题，比如该用户如果有加分操作的话，1L会跟着一起被屏蔽，请问大佬们这个有办法解决吗
