Intel 6th-10th核显驱动提醒

1，23年4月5日更新的Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2121 for 6th-10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics，不再支持6th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (Codename Skylake)及其核显。
2，SKL目前最后的核显支持版本仍然为31.0.101.2115

改了封装格式，Windows Installer XML（WIX），用工具可以解开
