[CPU] 13900KF售后后续

寄到Intel售后中心一个星期了,刚要打电话,就收到了邮件:
We inform you that at this moment we are out of stock in order to replace your unit, we have an estimated time of arrival of the stock of 4 weeks, sometimes could be less or more, or we can proceed with a refund, please let us know if you would like to wait or continue with the refund. If you choose the refund, please send us the proof of purchase (receipt).

We are looking forward to hearing from you, if we do not receive an answer we will follow up on the next 3 business days.

大意是现在没货,没法换新,要等四周,可以退款。
我把亚马逊的账单发给他,过了俩小时,又收到个邮件:
Thank you for the information, the refund will be for $891.80 CAD, the check will be processed soon, once we have the tracking number we will let you know.

大意是账单收到,支票退款。

英特尔这售后,和苹果有的一拼哈,可惜就是CPU这种玩意儿没什么机会售后……

厂家没货?看I家股票下跌,估计是生产量不大。

线下的实体店说国内intel售后那边大概正月15左右以后才办理业务。。

我ks不亮了(印象中自己全新购买,且坏在自己手里的就这一个?)。不急着用,这种搞事情就交给代理搞定。。。无论是换还是退款都ok

intel售后是真的不错,无货就提供退款。之前nuc寄回去换货也是无货给退款,退的还是美元,要自己换汇回rmb。。。
