寄到Intel售后中心一个星期了,刚要打电话,就收到了邮件:
We inform you that at this moment we are out of stock in order to replace your unit, we have an estimated time of arrival of the stock of 4 weeks, sometimes could be less or more, or we can proceed with a refund, please let us know if you would like to wait or continue with the refund. If you choose the refund, please send us the proof of purchase (receipt).
We are looking forward to hearing from you, if we do not receive an answer we will follow up on the next 3 business days.

大意是现在没货,没法换新,要等四周,可以退款。
我把亚马逊的账单发给他,过了俩小时,又收到个邮件:
Thank you for the information, the refund will be for $891.80 CAD, the check will be processed soon, once we have the tracking number we will let you know.
