我来回答楼主吧，同a1用户，研究了很久了。答案就是可以，但至少需要UHD770和最新版本的potplayer。
首先在主板设置里打开核显多监视器支持，这样你插独显的时候核显也能干活。
其次在potplayer中必须用自带的解码器，不能用lav，lav没有实现对hevc 422的支持。
最后在potplayer自带的解码器中打开d3d11 copyback，设备选UHD770。
我曾经的设备是12900k + 3090，打开之后可以实现UHD770解码，3090渲染输出（UHD770解码有占用，且CPU占用几乎为0）。此时基本上能达到8k25~26，4k110帧左右的解码能力。
在我另一台13400的UHD730上，只能跑到8k20帧不到，4k80帧左右的解码能力。
