这个文章我看到了，这段甚至都不是quote，纯纯相当于记者自己脑补出来的美国政府的解决方案。

任何一个主流的金融媒体或者科技媒体都没提任何AMD和intel可能会merge的rumor, 因为这种说法实在是太蠢了，我不觉得有人会信
最近传的最多的rumor还是高通或苹果考虑收购intel，甚至rumor里都不会提merge，因为intel现在都不配merge了，只配被acquisition
现阶段CHIPS and Science Act出结果的就是TSMC AZ厂，而且很明显是TSMC赏美国政府一个面子外派了一堆台湾人加班加点做出来的结果，和美国本土工人没什么关系，相当于TSMC给美国政府台阶下，因为纯本土的intel就是起不来。
很明显CHIPS and Science Act之后会继续加强对TSMC的投资，最近这些乱七八糟的关于intel的收购和合并的新闻很明显是有一些人急了想给intel拉股价or想办法让intel多吃点补助，然而没什么希望
