求救-冥王峡谷bios恢复

先反省，手键，用了n年的0050去升级到了最新的0070，然后只要插上ssd，任何插槽，都会导致停在进入bios的选择界面，鼠标可以移动，但是就是进不了bios和硬盘。也不能降级，f4的recovery也没作用，我就是用个fat32的u盘，copy了一个老的bios，进入f4后，重启就没反应了，请教各位大神，是我恢复的方法不对吗？或者要用到专门的恢复bios？哪位大神能帮忙？先谢谢了

恢复 BIOS 默认设置看看呢，我是 nuc9，一路升级最新，没发现问题

十有八九那个狗屎的快速启动造成的问题，机器打开把bios电池，五分钟后装回。

没用的,快速启动我都关了,bios清了n次了

BIOS恢复更新说明
方法一：
BIOS Recovery by the Power Button Menu
通过电源按钮菜单恢复BIOS

In the unlikely event that a BIOS update is interrupted, it’s possible the BIOS might be left in an unusable state.
在不可预料的情况下，BIOS更新被中断，BIOS可能会处于不可用状态。
Performing a BIOS Recovery can resolve this problem.
执行BIOS恢复可以解决这个问题。
1.        Plug an USB device into an USB port of the Intel NUC when it’s turned off (not in Hibernate or Sleep mode), then power up Intel NUC.
将USB设备插入英特尔NUC的USB端口，当它关闭时（不是在休眠或睡眠模式下），然后上电英特尔NUC。
2.        Download and save the RECOVERY.zip file for your Intel NUC unit into that USB device.
下载并保存RECOVERY.zip文件为您的英特尔NUC单元到USB设备。
3.        Extract/Unzip the RECOVERY.zip file.
解压缩RECOVERY.zip文件。
4.        Power off your Intel NUC, keep the USB device in USB port.
关闭Intel NUC电源，将USB设备放在USB端口。
5.        Press and hold down the power button for three seconds, then release it before the 4-second shutdown override. The Power Button Menu appears.
按住电源按钮3秒钟，然后在4秒关机覆盖之前释放它。电源按钮菜单出现。
6.        Press F4 to start a BIOS Recovery.
按“F4”启动BIOS恢复。
7.        Wait 2-5 minutes for the update to complete.
请等待2-5分钟，等待升级完成。
8.        The computer will either turn off when the recovery process is complete or it will prompt you to turn off the computer.
当恢复过程完成时，计算机将关闭，或者它将提示您关闭计算机。
9.         Remove the USB flash drive.
移除U盘。
10.         Restart the computer.  重新启动计算机。

方法二：
BIOS Recovery by the Security Jumper
BIOS恢复安全跳线
1.        Download the RECOVERY.zip file into an USB flash drive.
下载RECOVERY.zip文件到U盘。
2.        Unzip the file and transfer the cap. File from the recovery folder to a USB flash drive root.
解压缩该文件，并将.cap文件从恢复文件夹传输到U盘根目录。
3.        Turn off the Intel NUC and unplug the AC power.
关闭Intel NUC并拔掉交流电源。
4.        Open the chassis and remove the BIOS security jumper. See Technical Product Specifications for Intel(R) NUC Products for details about the location of the jumper .
打开机箱，拔出BIOS安全跳线。跳线位置请参见《Intel(R) NUC产品技术产品规范》。
5.        Plug the USB flash drive into an USB port and connect the AC power.
将U盘插入USB接口，并连接交流电源。
6.         Turn on the Intel NUC. The recovery process will start automatically.
打开Intel NUC。恢复过程将自动启动。
7.         Wait 2 –5 minutes for the recovery process to complete.
等待2 ~ 5分钟恢复过程完成。
8.         The Intel NUC will either turn off automatically when the recovery process is complete, or it will prompt you to turn it off.
当恢复过程完成时，Intel NUC将自动关闭，或者提示您关闭它。
9.         Remove the USB device.
移除U盘。
10.         Unplug the AC power and replace the BIOS security jumper.
拔掉交流电源，更换BIOS安全跳线。
11.         Close the chassis and reattach the AC power.
关闭机箱，重新连接交流电源。
12.         Restart the Intel NUC.  
重新启动Intel NUC。

先谢谢了，但是按照这方法显示菜单后，点击f4，就是重启然后黑屏，试过很多次了，根本没用
